Our fulfillment team works carefully to ensure every order is prepared accurately and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Partners

To provide dependable delivery throughout the United States, Flowering Fields partners with trusted national and international shipping carriers.

Depending on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout, your order may be delivered by one of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Regional delivery providers

Carrier selection is determined by destination, package size, service availability, and operational efficiency.


Order Processing

All orders begin processing after payment has been successfully authorized.

Our warehouse prepares orders during normal business days only.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday
  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are generally processed the same business day.

Orders submitted after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or during public holidays are typically processed on the next available business day.

Typical processing time is 1–3 business days.


Observed Holidays

Our warehouse and fulfillment partners observe major U.S. holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on these dates.

  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed during holiday periods may require additional processing time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time

Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to weather, transportation disruptions, seasonal demand, customs procedures (if applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking information is generally available within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please allow the shipping carrier time to scan your package into its network. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label has been created.

If you have not received your tracking information after several business days, please contact our Customer Support team.


Shipping Limitations

Currently, Flowering Fields ships primarily within the continental United States.

We are unable to deliver orders to the following destinations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain international destinations not supported by our logistics partners

Shipping Address Requirements

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct recipient name
  • Accurate street address
  • Apartment or unit number (if applicable)
  • Valid ZIP code
  • Working phone number

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in:

  • Shipping delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned packages
  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
