Return Eligibility
We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned merchandise must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn.
- Unwashed and free from perfume or detergent odors.
- Original tags remain attached.
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible.
- Free from stains, alterations, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, certain products cannot be accepted for return.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance merchandise.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items showing signs of wear or use.
- Products returned outside the eligible return period.
- Undergarments, intimate apparel, or similar hygiene-sensitive products once opened or worn.
If you are uncertain whether your purchase qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping your package.
Refund Process
After your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the merchandise to verify that it meets our return requirements.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Typical processing times are as follows:
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt.
- Refund processing: 5–10 business days.
- Bank processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund after the expected processing period, please complete the following steps before contacting us:
- Review your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card issuer to verify pending transactions.
- Check with your financial institution regarding processing delays.
- Allow several additional business days for payment networks to complete the transaction.

Exchange Policy
We currently provide exchanges primarily for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you would like another size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred item and submitting the original product for return, subject to this policy.
This approach allows you to receive your preferred item more quickly while avoiding unnecessary delays caused by inventory availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you purchased, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the item.
- Photos of the shipping package.
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement item.
- Exchange.
- Store credit.
- Full or partial refund, where appropriate.
Return Shipping Information
Unless the return results from our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation.
Flowering Fields cannot guarantee receipt of packages shipped without tracking.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Because of this, cancellation or modification requests cannot always be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before shipment begins.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
